Chaiten sets Global Warming fight back 20 years…
First off, these pictures are almost unreal. That lightning playing around the volcanic plume is breathtaking. But GEEZE, nature! Can’t you see we’re just tryin to help out?! Spittin all that toxic crud into the air with your dang volcanoes… shoooooot.
Or perhaps this is the way that earth is helpin out… Maybe the ash is suppose to shield the planet?
Either way, I want to hear no more about how “Global Warming” is a man-made event. You hear me Algore? Seriously, how blatantly egotistical of us humans to think we have that kind of power.

To be fair, when Krakatoa blew up, some scientists compared the aftermath of “a year with no summer” as being akin to a mini ice age
My mind boggles over what sort of aftermath would have occurred with the last major eruption of the Long Valley volcano… The zone of ashfall was estimated to stretch from Los Angeles to halfway through South Dakota and Kansas.
But, back to the photos: The lightning in the clouds is magnificent. Where is Chaiten?
Chaiten happens to be in Chile. And you are quite fair to Krakatoa. My point is that mankind has a lot less influence on the earth than it has on itself and I think we’re slightly naive to think otherwise, lol.
Too bad Algore won’t debate global warming, probably because he knows he can totally be shot down on it. Say, did you hear that there wasn’t going to be any warming the next 10-12 years anyway? There are natural currents in the oceans that are going to cool things off, with no help from us. I love nature, how arrogant are these people, that they think mankind can control and influence it.
Did you hear about this “do-it-yourself” ethanol kit that lets you make your own car-grade ethanol? It costs about 10,000 dollars, but, they say it pays for itself (eventually).
